Every listing includes the following, at no cost to you:

• 50 Jumbo Just Listed postcards
• 25 of either the 4-page, 8-page or Gatefold brochures
• Just Listed social media graphic
• Listing on our GL FB page
• Removal of yard sign
• Moxi presentation

• 2-page Open House flyers
• Color copies for listing presentation and home preparation plan
• Prelisting Packet couriered to client
• Date of listing celebratory flowers delivered
• Post inspection chocolates *can be couriered at additional cost
• Photo memory book
• Closing wine and/or gift box
• Installation of yard sign ($75)

Lead Times for ordering and production of your materials:

• Postcards - 48 hours (production to post office drop-off)
• 4 page brochure (in-house) - 24 hours (production to printed)
• 4 page brochure (pro) - 48 to 72 hours (productions to drop-off) <--- depends on what time of day they finish printing
• 8 page brochure (pro) - 2 days for production and 72 to 96 hours to drop-off
• Gatefold (pro only) - 2 days for production and minimum of 96 hours for print to drop-off
• Photobook - 48-72 hours for production and approx 5-7 days for delivery

Flowers: Standard delivery is 1 day from order being placed. Same day delivery must be ordered before noon and has additional courier fees.

Chocolates: Standard delivery is 1 day from order being placed. Same day delivery is additional courier fees, and requires a minimum of 2 hour notice.
